Hello, my name’s Min. I am a multi passionate health + wellbeing coach inspiring women to prioritise themselves and through The Kitchen Whizz am empowering people to get back into the kitchen to prepare real food. I also develop nutritious and wholesome recipes for many people including The Natural Nutritionist.

I’ve always shown my love for people through preparing food and particularly love to bake for others. Through my own journey I learnt to believe in the power of real food and believe that not only is cooking a real food meal quicker and easier than you think, it will also nourish you from the inside out, improving all aspects of your life from mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

Four quick facts about me:

  • My name is Melinda, I’ve never been a Mel, always a Min!
  • I left home at 18 unable to even boil an egg! My family were concerned as to how I would survive!!
  • I am mum to two boys, Jack & Tom.
  • It is my ‘why not’, not my why which drives me every day and was the reason I walked away from a 15-year corporate career in 2016.
