We’ve come across very few people in our lifetime who don’t enjoy a piece of chocolate in their day – everyday. Chocolate receives a lot of bad wraps but it’s often only because of the sugar filled varieties that represent it. We’ve created delicious Raw Choc Granola Bites so you can go back to enjoying chocolate on the regular! The ingredients are filled with nuts and seeds, coconut oil and raw cacao (what makes chocolate, CHOCOLATE!).

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the buckwheat, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, dried mulberries and chia seeds.
  2. In a saucepan (or microwave), melt the coconut oil and add in the cacao powder, honey and peanut butter. Mix until combined well.
  3. Pour the chocolate mixture into the nuts and seeds and mix well.
  4. Line a rectangle or square tray with baking paper and pour mixture in, try to create an even layer. Place in the freezer for 20 minutes until set. Once set, break apart into pieces and remove from the freezer a few minutes before eating. It will also keep solid in the fridge.
