These sweet and chewy peanut and sesame bars is perfect for a morning or afternoon snack or sweet treat after Dinner. They don’t require any cooking time, which means you can easily whip these up in less than 20 minutes.

  1. In a large pot, combine peanut butter, butter, honey and vanilla. Heat on low and mix until all ingredients are combined well. Take off the heat and allow to cool slightly.
  2. Add the oats, puffed rice, sesame seeds, coconut & peanuts. Mix well, press into a pan and then drizzle melted chocolate over the top. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours before cutting into 12 pieces. This will keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
