We love bliss balls, they are great to make in advance for the perfect afternoon snack! This is one of our go-to bliss balls and if orange isn’t your thing you could easily sub in fresh mint for a choc mint variety!

  1. In a food processor or blender, add all ingredients and blitz together for approximately 60-90 seconds until well combined. Add in a drop of water if it is too dry.
  2. Take a spoonful of the Jaffa mixture and form into a ball. If desired you can roll it in cacao or shredded coconut or leave as is. Transfer to a container and keep in the fridge or freezer for when the need for Jaffa hits!
  3. Note: If you are a fan of essential oils and don't have oranges on hand you can use 2-3 drops of orange essential oil. We love essential oils here at The Kitchen Whizz but remember less is more when it comes to using them in your food. Add a couple of drops, give a good stir and have a taste before adding in an additional drop.
