  1. In a large saucepan, heat olive and cook onion and garlic.
  2. Add in the bone broth and 1 L boiling water and mix until broth is dissolved, then add in the cauliflower and carrot. Simmer with the lid on for 30 minutes.
  3. Turn off the heat and add in the almond milk. Allow the mixture to cool for 20 minutes, then transfer in batches to a blender, or use a handheld blender. Season with sea salt and pepper.
