In a frying pan, heat ghee and add in broccoli. Cook for 5 minutes until tender, then add in the leftover pumpkin (optional) and lamb. Cook for another few minutes, until lamb and pumpkin is heated through.
In a small bowl, mix together the eggs and milk of choice.
Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables and lamb and allow to cook for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle over the goat’s feta and rocket and season with salt and pepper.
