Our Blueberry + Mint Smoothie is full of good fats with the addition of avocado and tahini; antioxidants from the blueberries and many other essential nutrients to nourish you from the inside out. It will enable you to go between meals feeling energised and without the need for snacking.

We’ve used Pure Peppermint Essential Oil in this recipe but you can easily add in a sprig of fresh mint.

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until well combined. If you would like a thinner consistency, add additional milk or water. Transfer to a bowl, top with preferred toppings and enjoy.
