This is the OG TKW granola, a mix of all our favourite ingredients. The combination of gluten free grains, nuts, dates and almond butter make this granola an irresistible Breakfast option and also a really great gift idea when portioned into glass jars! Some simple serving suggestions is with some greek or coconut yoghurt, sprinkled on top of a smoothie, or simply eaten by the handful as a satisfying snack.

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C and line a large tray with baking paper.
  2. Place the oats, buckwheat, almonds, pecans, coconut flakes, dried dates, cinnamon and sea salt into a bowl and mix to combine.
  3. In a saucepan, add the almond butter, honey, coconut oil and vanilla and cook over a low heat for 2-3 minutes, until the mixture is combined.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until evenly coated.
  5. Pour granola onto the lined tray and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the tray at the 10 minute mark and stir the mixture to ensure it’s evenly cooked before placing it back in to cook for the final 5 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool completely on the tray, then store in an airtight container.
