Since we established The Kitchen Whizz we have seen a shift in people wanting to feel as good as they can and eat as well as they can, out of a desire to make the change for not only themselves but also for their loved ones.
We recognise the call from people wanting help in getting started, to reduce the overwhelm when it comes to real food and in turn getting back to basics. Of making their time in the kitchen as simple and effortless as possible whilst improving their health and wellbeing. Enter Back to Basics by The Kitchen Whizz.
Our inaugural online course – Back to Basics – begins on Sunday November 4th and runs for 4 weeks. We are confident that our Back to Basics program will educate, empower and inspire you to get back into the kitchen, creating new habits and enjoying real food. We promise that there is no right or wrong way to get back to basics. Change comes one step at a time so we have broken each week down into what we believe are bitesize chunks. Over the four weeks we will release a module each Sunday which will include education, empowerment, recipe inspiration and a little fun and entertainment from us!

There is no homework to be submitted and we recommend working through each week at your own pace. You’ll also be provided with delicious, no fuss recipes each week that you will enjoy and make time and time again.
