Welcome to our new virtual home, we are SO thrilled to have a space where we can connect with you all and share our favourite kitchen tips and recipes. It is our mission to empower, educate and inspire you back into the kitchen with real food.
We believe in the power of real food and follow the Just Eat Real Food philosophy – JERF. Real food is food that comes out of the ground, off a tree or from an animal. It is food that our grandparents used to cook; simple yet tasty plates of protein, seasonal vegetables and good sources of fat.
We don’t believe in food labels but instead encourage everyone to minimise their intake of packaged food. History has shown that nature does know best and if we eat with the seasons and understand food which supports us then we reap the rewards from sticking with natural nutrition and thrive as a result. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by food and not sure where to start, then that’s where we come into play! We offer a range of services to help you feel confident in the kitchen, including:
- One-on-One Cooking Lesson
- 60 minute Pantry Makeover
- Seasonal cooking classes through our TKW Cooking School – make sure you’re following us on social media to be kept up to date with new classes.
- Personal Training & Group Program Development where we work exclusively with Personal Trainers and Group Fitness Trainers to create 4 and 8 week meal plans to compliment fitness challenges and programs.
We’d love to hear what you want to see on this site, so please feel free to provide any feedback, we want our virtual home to be inspiring and educational, but also super easy to navigate around.
